(Whole Boneless Roasted Pig)

Roasted in Brick Oven Rotisserie, Seasoned with Fresh Herbs, 100% Natural, No preservatives, Fat Reduced to Minimum due to Cooking methods. Served hot or cold on sandwiches or platter. Served with roasted peppers upon request.

Price is for pick-up, for your convenience pick-up at two locations (option) Whole roasted Pig served by the L & G staff (option) roasted peppers (hot & sweet) with rolls $1.59 per person $100 per server maximum 3 hours on-site service, plus $65.00 delivery.

*Porchetta Boneless: headless, 35 to 40lb. before cooking, cooked to perfection, ready to serve crackling skin, juicy tender pork meat, great for platter serving or sandwiches.

***Prepared Ready to Serve: 1) all porchetta meat is removed & cut up 2) the meat isplaced back into the porchetta shell, 3) self-service for sandwiches or platters, 4) no delivery (you pick-up) or service charge, 5) the whole porchetta is beautifully presented at "Great Savings."
